Mr.Keh Chuan Seng
Mr. Keh Chuan Seng was appointed to the Board as our chairman on 30th Jan 2020.
He has more than 30 years of vast experience in business and entrepreneurial exposures. Hence, his professional insights and expertise are conducive to the development and growth of the company as well as providing leadership and ensuring effectiveness of the Board.
After completing his education at Sin Min Private Alor Setar in 1986, Mr. Keh pursues his interest and passion in property development industry where he spent 14 years with several reputable developers in Japan. He had progressed through the ranks with increasing responsibilities from construction throughout to project management including material sourcing and planning of a number of signature projects in Japan.
In view of his valuable cross border property development experiences, Mr. Keh ventured into property development upon his return to Malaysia where he sets his commendable progress in this industry spanning from Malaysia to neighbouring country, Thailand. Currently, he is the Chairman of Frazel Group of Companies. Throughout the years, Frazel Group has built and managed a variety of residential and commercial projects catering for the diverse needs of its customers. He is instrumental in strategic planning and organisational effectiveness of Frazel Group besides ensuring the successful implementation of the Group’s development projects.
He is also a business entrepreneur and has a number of investments in diverse industries which include the F&B business in Japan, electronics manufacturing, bird nest and evergreen fishery businesses in Malaysia.
He is a major shareholder of EG Industries Berhad (8907) and HB Global Berhad (5187), a public company listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad
